CASØ 700 bookcase has been designed by Steffensen&Würtz and shows straight lines well known from the CASØ 700 series.
Steffensen&Würth have, during the design process played with materials resulting in the beautiful unique clean lines and combinations so well-known from the 700 series. Great focus has been placed in creating soft but defined transitions between the soft and the stringent look thereby creating a calm and elegant atmosphere.
The CASØ 700 series is the result of a vision to create the ladder effect with floating shelves and cupboards.
The bookcase is made of veneered oak with solid ladders. The cupboards consist of two sliding doors in the middle, hiding an adjustable solid shelf. Both sides have to smaller drawers with push open.
The CASØ 700 bookcase is in stock in the following versions:
- Oak / while oil
- Oak / white oil with black NANO laminate
Varying fronts give a natural variation of functions and expression. Oak is known for its beautiful look and long durability. The oil treatment enhances the natural functions of oak wood. The NANO laminate is a special laminate which is silky soft to the touch, extremely durable and easy to maintain.

The design duo Thomas Steffensen and Pia Würtz are examined industrial designers and have worked with design and development in Steffensen&Würtz since 2014.
